Atlanta, GA (July 26, 2016)"WE ARE ONE!" That has been the powerfully deliberate theme of the successful first term for Brother Antonio F. Knox, Sr., 40th Grand Basileus of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. It is officially in the books and a part of the great legacy of the Omega story. His tireless and relentless commitment to the greatness of Omega and the global community has resulted in his resounding re-election by the members of the Fraternity to continue to lead the global organization for another term during elections at the 80th Grand Conclave in Las Vegas, NV. The legacy of Omega remains strong and progressively forward.
Brother Knox stated, "We Are One! That theme is deliberately the mandate of the collaborative movement of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, the greatest Fraternity on earth! We are a strong Brotherhood of college educated and accomplished men and we have done many incredible things to move our programmatic and impactful agenda forward. The footprints of our tireless humanitarianism are firmly imprinted around the world and I am honored that the Brothers have continued their trust in me to lead."
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. was founded on November 17, 1911, at Howard University in Washington, D.C., and is the first international fraternal organization to be founded on the campus of a historically black college.
