Omega Psi Phi Honored at Delaware’s First State Capitol Advocacy Day

On May 12, 2026, the Brothers of Corridor II of the 2nd District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. gathered in Dover, Delaware, for “Ques in Dover,” a day centered on advocacy, unity, and community engagement. Held in the home of the Psi Iota Chapter, the first Greek-lettered organization established in the State of Delaware, the event brought together brothers from across the corridor to engage with lawmakers, discuss community priorities, and further strengthen the bond of brotherhood throughout the state.
The program took place at Delaware Legislative Hall, where the men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, were welcomed for the very first Omega Psi Phi Day at the State Capitol. The historic occasion recognized the fraternity’s legacy of service, leadership, mentorship, scholarship, advocacy, and community uplift.
Throughout the day, Omega men engaged with elected officials and community leaders in a spirit of civic responsibility and purposeful action. “Ques in Dover” reflected Omega Psi Phi Fraternity’s continued commitment to Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift while highlighting the lasting impact of Omega men within Delaware and beyond.
For many state leaders, the day was more than ceremonial. It was a meaningful recognition of an organization whose work has shaped families, strengthened neighborhoods, and inspired generations.
