Greetings, Brothers!
At International Headquarters (IHQ), our mission is to provide accurate, consistent, and timely information through excellent customer service; our vision is to be the premier Greek Letter Organization headquarters in our society. My desire as the International Executive Director is to create an environment that is professional, accountable, collaborative, consistent, and structured at IHQ. With that in mind, I believe Brother Kenneth G. Foster (Life Member #4591) would be a great fit to serve as Omega’s next International Assistant Executive Director to help me accomplish this goal.
Brother Foster hails from the Lone Star State where he graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s in criminal justice. He was initiated into Omega in 1987 through Xi Delta. Brother Foster still resides in Texas with his beautiful wife, Torvia. He is a devoted man of faith, family, and principles.
Brother Foster, affectionally known as “Kenny Que,” has a great love for Omega. He has served on chapter, district, and international levels. In fact, in 1997, he was the Ninth District’s Omega Man of the Year. With 33 years of service and years of experience assisting IHQ at our international meetings and programs, Brother Foster is in a good position to hit the ground running to make an immediate impact to the team.
Over the 30+ years in Brother Foster’s professional career, he has led various teams with a strong concertation in sales. Since 2010, Brother Foster has served as district-wide manager at the Coca-Cola beverage company (supporting the southwest). While there, his primary role was to manage a team of approximately 61 employees whose responsibility it was to service Coca- Cola’s major customers in the various business segments.
