REQUEST VENDOR BOOTH The 2024 International Undergraduate Summit Conference will be held on February 1- 4-, 2024, at Marriott Marquis Hotel 265 Peachtree Center Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30303. Due to the limited amount of Vendor space, Vendor Booth reservation is limited to one (1) booth per Vendor. Vendors interested in reserving a vendor booth must submit an electronic request using the form below:

VENDOR CODE OF CONDUCT
As a vendor of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated at the 2024 International Undergraduate Summit in Atlanta, GA you are expected to:

A. Always maintain the highest standards of professional and personal conduct;
B. Supply the best quality materials and items for sell;
C. Refrain from any type of inappropriate or unwelcome solicitation or conversation during vending hours;
D. Comply with operating guidelines, rules and regulations established by the Fraternity and Charlotte Convention Center;
E. Fully comply with the terms of the License Agreement;
F. Refrain from making inappropriate advances, comments to members, customers, Vendors, and Fraternity staff and officers;
G. Refrain from engaging in disruptive, argumentative or actions that may result in a conflict between and amongst vendors, manufacturers, staff or Fraternity representatives;
H. Refrain from creating a hostile environment in the vending area or working relationship;
I. Refrain from making disparaging or negative comments about the Fraternity, its staff, officers or other vendors (all complaints and concerns should be directed to Vendor Relations: [email protected];
J. Agree not to enter the vending area, nor begin to set up your booth, before the posted operating hours; and agree to promptly cease selling or attempting to sell at the designated end of vending hours, failure to do so shall result in a substantial fine and/or being prohibited from vending at event;
K. Designate a point of contact for your business and provide the contact information for the designee. Attend all call and emergency meetings by the Fraternity. No exceptions. Failure to do so shall result in a substantial fine and/or being prohibited from vending at event;
L. Refrain from entering or remaining in the vending area under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I also agree to immediately and quietly without incident leave the area if asked by Fraternity staff or one of its official representatives;
M. Not sell any paraphernalia/goods of any other Fraternity and /or Sorority without obtaining a current vending license from said entity. A copy of the license must be displayed;
N. Absolutely no booth sharing or subletting;
O. Booth(s) must be staffed by adults (18 years or older). No children or pets allowed. You must make separate arrangements for the supervision of child(ren); and
P. Be aware and acknowledge the Fraternity has a right to suspend or terminate the associated License Agreement, at its sole discretion, if any policies or any term or condition herein its violated.

Dear Valued Omega Vendor

Thank you for being a part of the Omega vending program. We do not take your participation for granted. We are proud to offer an opportunity to request a vendor space at the 2024 International Undergraduate Summit Conference.

Due to the limited amount of Vendor space, we are requesting interested Vendors to submit a request via the form on this webpage. If you are approved for a booth, you will (within 10 days of approval notice) be required to:

1. acknowledge the vendor booth code of conduct

2. acquire/confirm 2024 Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Vendor’s License

3. remit vendor booth payment within 5 business days

Vendor Booth reservation is limited to one (1) booth per Vendor. Vendors that are not licensed seeking to sale/exhibit non-Omega Psi Phi Products must: 1) sign a letter of indemnification or 2) provide a current Certificate of Insurance. Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. MUST BE LISTED AS ADDITIONAL INSURED on the COI. The address to be listed is 3951 Snapfinger Parkway, Decatur, GA 30035. The minimum requirements for coverage are $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for each occurrence.
