Greetings,
I hope this letter finds you well. This communication is to inform you that Brothers can now access and review their Service Award eligibility and conveniently pay any outstanding back dues in their member profile, iQue (Brother Management System), or contact their Chapter or District Officers to pay on their behalf in QueZone (Chapter and District Officers’ Portal).
As you are aware, our Grand Basileus, Dr. David Marion announced in January that the 2021 Moses C. Norman Leadership Conference and the International Undergraduate Summit have been cancelled. However, IHQ is planning a virtual service award ceremony to recognize anniversary years of service on Saturday, July 31, 2021.
To participate in the ceremony, Brothers must be financial and in good standing in the current year plus the 10 prior years (totaling 11 years). The deadline to resolve and pay any outstanding back dues is Saturday, May 15, 2021. Please note that all Service Awards will be shipped AFTER May 15, 2021.
Brothers who are eligible for the 2021 Service Award can log into their member profile to verify all financial requirements have been met by visiting www.oppf.org -> Brothers -> Login (iQue) -> My Profile -> Service Award.
Brothers who are not eligible in the current year, but have more than 25 years of service, may still access and pay any missing back dues to ensure qualification for an upcoming Service Award by visiting www.oppf.org -> Brothers -> Login (iQue) -> My Profile -> Dues.
Any Brother interested in receiving a Service Award for prior years will be required to contact the International Headquarters’ Zendesk team by clicking the HELP button located on our official website. Our support staff member will provide details on payment and receiving your award.
To make a payment on a Brother’s behalf, the approved Chapter or District Officers can visit QueZone by selecting Chapter Info -> Actions -> Submit Back Dues Payment. Form 80 reports displaying a list of eligible Brothers will be available and can be found under Membership-> Reports -> Service Award (Form 80) Eligible Members Report.
Our team has been working extremely hard over the past few months to ensure the Service Award process is much easier and more efficient and the ability to pay back dues is more convenient. In the event you find any discrepancies, please contact your Chapter KRS to obtain a receipt, then contact our Zendesk team by clicking the HELP button located on our official website.
