Request Vendor Booth
The 2026 International Undergraduate Summit Conference will be held on January 29 –
February 1, 2026, at Marriott Marquis Hotel, 265 Peachtree Center Ave NE, Atlanta, GA
30303. Due to the limited amount of Vendor space, Vendor Booth reservation is limited
to one (1) booth per Vendor. Vendors interested in reserving a vendor booth must
submit an electronic request using the form below:
Event Details
- 2026 IUGS Dates: January 29 – February 1, 2026
- Vendor Booth Portal Opening: January 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET
- Vendor Booth Fee: $600.00 plus processing fee
- Licensing Requirement: Vendors must hold an active 2026 vendor license in order to purchase a booth

opening date. Additional details and instructions will be shared as we get closer to the
opening.

Dear Valued Omega Vendor
Thank you for being a part of the Omega vending program. We do not take your participation for granted. We are proud to offer an opportunity to request a vendor space at the 2026 International Undergraduate Summit Conference.
Due to the limited amount of Vendor space, we are requesting interested Vendors to submit a request via the form on this webpage. If you are approved for a booth, you will (within 10 days of approval notice) be required to:
1. Acknowledge the vendor booth code of conduct
2. Acquire/confirm 2026 Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Vendor’s License
3. Remit vendor booth payment within 5 business days
Vendor Booth reservation is limited to one (1) booth per Vendor. Vendors that are not licensed seeking to sell/exhibit non-Omega Psi Phi Products must: 1) sign a letter of indemnification or 2) provide a current Certificate of Insurance. Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. MUST BE LISTED AS ADDITIONAL INSURED on the COI. The address to be listed is 3951 Snapfinger Parkway, Decatur, GA 30035. The minimum requirements for coverage are $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for each occurrence.
